Cough, Cough
A 37 year old lady presents with a non-productive, intermittent cough for 2 months associated with mild dyspnea. There was no nocturnal aggravation, orthopnea or paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea.
She denies fever, night sweats, anorexia or loss of weight but feels lethargic. She also noticed a transient, painful erythematous rash over her shins for the last six months. Her medical history is otherwise normal.
She does not smoke and has no family history of lung disease.
